Once Josh has been sentenced and the federal prison announced, I expect to close access for new posts and comments.

I just read that Anna is getting support from her family. And that she is not sure about her future with Josh. Maybe there is hope for her.
Sorry to see this blog go, but as Michelle might say " It's a new season of life!" A special thanks to the moderators past and present. Well, this is my last Duggar New Year wish list; everyone add yours's as well.
To the little ones still at home - I hope your parents get tired of 'home-schooling' you and you guys get to go to high school.
Jon-David Duggar- You seem afraid to be your own man; why? You've come this far and everything's ok. You are not a shadow of Josh.
Abbie Duggar- There is no shame in being your own woman and supporting your husband. You are an educated woman, don't let that go to waste.
Jessa and Ben - You want to be a pastor and pastor's wife, well take the plunge. Baby steps won't get you there.
And last Jana - Take time to reflect on your life after your recent court situation. That incident may be a sign of things to come if you continue down the same path.

So, I just saw that the Bates show has not been renewed with UpTV. I can’t help but think that their association with the Duggar’s had something to do with the cancellation. Guilt by association! Unfortunately l, even though the Bates don’t seem as bad as the Duggar’s (on the surface), the bottom line is that they follow the exact same belief system and deeply involved with IBLM. They too raise women to belief their only purpose is to get married and have babies. My heart still breaks for Michaela every time one of her sisters has yet another baby. I can see the pain in her eyes in some pictures.
Regarding UpTV not airing Bringing Up Bates Season 11 which was already filmed. About a month ago I saw about a 10 second clip on possibly Reddit from what I believe was from Instagram that Carlin had recorded. Some Bates siblings and spouses were playing charades and I believe it was Lawson who said something incredibly racist when playing the game. Carlin removed it but not before somebody saved it. The person who saved it said she was going to send this clip to UpTV and hoped they would cancel BuB because of what was said. I kinda think this is the reason for cancellation. If this is the reason, the Bates need to apologize to their viewers/fans but you know that will never happen. Please, if someone saw the clip that I saw, I want to know what your reaction was.
Correction. I found some articles on the internet about what happened, and it was not Lawson who said it but one of his brothers. From what I read, the general consensus is that the racist remark is what got them booted off UPtv.

It looks to me like a skirt/legging combo, but good for her! She has nice legs, show them off girl. Does anyone else that in 5 years she and JB might get a divorce? Not a legal divorce, but the nice religious kind, like what royals used to do.
I saw an article about John-David and his family being involved in a plane crash. Feel bad for them, but the timing is interesting. This is being mentioned right after Jana's legal issues which was immediately after Josh's fiasco. Jim Bob makes sure the Duggar name continues to linger on the newsfeed.
The four daughters' law suit against Springdale and Washington Counties and three employees was dismissed with prejudice. It's all over.
