I’m calling it. Jill, dr. non-medicine woman was at the delivery and birth of Felicity. She is blurred on the right-hand side of the screen, with long braided hair pulled to one side when the baby is born.
I like Jinger and Jeremy more than the rest of the Duggar clan however it seemed as if Jinger was jiggling the baby a little too fast in an attempt to calm the baby down....I know her intentions were fine but I think that a slow steady rocking soothes the baby more.
Ben seems like a nice guy. However, I think he made a huge mistake marrying into this train wreck and there’s no way of getting off. The math lesson he presented to the lost children was cringeworthy. And why the hell is he teaching math to the kids when Michelle is the one that wants her children homeschooled? Because Michelle doesn’t want to do it.
Another thing. I noticed that Jinger was really struggling with a newborn and it was rather disturbing the way she was bouncing the baby around. Who would think a baby would go to sleep with all that swinging and hard bouncing? Jinger probably helped with Michelle’s baby’s once they were weaned. If you recall, Michelle kept the newborns with her in her bedroom until it was time to be passed off to the sistermom.
The whole math lesson/grocery store field trip was just ridiculous! Multiplying by 10 is something that should be far below a lot of those kids--especially Jackson and Johanna, who are teenagers. And their behavior at the grocery store--again, I'm looking at you, Jackson and Johanna--was appalling! They should be at the point where they could be given money and a list and sent into a grocery store by a caregiver and generally do just fine getting whatever's needed. But instead, they're playing in the misters in the produce section! Just another example of how stunted these kids really are!

I don't understand why it's necessary for a couple to make an announcement of a pregnancy within 48 hrs. of taking a pregnancy test. They didn't really have any confirmation by a Dr. or midwife. It's also cruel & ridiculous for the producer to be asking Lauren (as she sits her by herself,no Josiah)"what happened?" I think we can all guess what happened, as she starts to say, with tears in her eyes; "Well I went into the bathroom." Just terrible!
Announcing a 48 hr old pregnancy is very immature, impulsive and naive. It reeks of stupidity. It’s one thing to privately tell a sister or mom, but to go out and get a T-shirt and decorate it to wear to a big family gathering is crazy. These two don’t seem mature enough to be married and on their own, let alone getting knocked up. And what exactly does this couple do for a living? Do they have a house of their own? Not a Jimbob special. If the show gets canceled, a lot of these Duggar’s adult children will struggle. It’s like a train wreck that you just know is about to happen.
Ben needs to up his game if he is going to teach 8 year olds and 14 year olds. The math was below level even for Josie. He did everything for them in the store and in the kitchen. Pathetic. Get a job, wear a condom and move on. Quiverfull is not for you.
Ben said he is going to school "on line and such" and now tutoring "part time". I really like Ben. He is always helping Jessa with the house and kids, etc. He seems very kind. However, it just seems like he is never going to get a "job". Their TV money will be all gone if he keeps this up. I think he and Jessa are both lazy.
