It seems like we’re watching the movie “Groundhog’s Day” every season with Counting On. Repeat, rehash and more redundancy. Boring.

I don't watch the show, but I am interested in what the middle children will do as grown ups. All males, none of them seemed to get much attention or education from what I saw. Michelle was either involved with the older girls, or newest baby. JB hung out with Josh, John David, it seemed like the "wolf pack" just lumped around.

Of course, Josh is probably hanging out at the used car lot. Maybe the brothers drive the tow truck around town.

Groundhog's Day was quite clever as at least the main character saw his deficiencies and became a better person and made needed changes in his life. Duggars are not clever. These people aren't learning anything. They are not making changes or becoming better. It just seems weird to show things that happened months ago. Because the Duggars are on Instagram and Facebook - adoring fans can keep up with their antics in real time. No need for a television show. Enough already.

I have seen a number of ads for the return of "Counting On." I hope nobody misses the return, as everyone must be wondering if Abbie says yes when John David proposes. Also fans must wonder what happens with Jinger going into labor & all the details of her giving birth. These are questions that fans have been waiting for the answers to, unless of course they have already seen the episodes.

This show is a great reason for everyone to avoid and condemn the Quiverfull movement.

Viewership predictions: 750,000

Anyone else have some guesses? I’m hoping for sub 1 million because that would mean the show was done for sure.

The sad event has been disclosed. Lauren had a miscarriage. The way it’s been announced on the morning of the start of the new season reeks of JB and TLC going for a ratings boost. Shame on you. Deepest sympathies to Lauren and Josiah.

Yuck. Jessa cooking for guests with that long stringy hair hanging down in everything. How can anyone be that ignorant not to know how unappetizing it is???? Eww.

I tell you, one of these days that stringly long hair of these girls is going to catch fire from their stove top. They had better get a rubber band and tie that mop back. I'm so sick of seeing their hair flying in everything they do.
Extra long hair like Jill, Jessa and Joy are sporting these days is heavy for the roots on their head. It leads to your hair falling out. They need to take 18 inches off.

It amazes me that there were so many viewers over 1 million when we had already seen John propose to Abbie & we knew Jinger had her baby girl, Felicity, in the hospital following an epidural.

I like to watch the Bates but I cannot stand Josie Bates Balka's snotty attitude and the way she talks. I thought Carlin was bad with her loud mouth making sure she was always seen. Maybe Josie Bates Balka and Carlin Bates are just very immature. They should take lessons from their older sisters and Katie Bates on how to act.
