The three pregnant sisters are reunited for a big family birthday. Later, Joy goes into labor and after 20 hours she is transported to the hospital for an emergency C-section. How will Joy and Austin handle this scary change of plans.

Oh, for God's sake. It's like having to watch the movie "Groundhogs Day" every Monday night! It's old news that we've seen and heard about repeatedly!!! Please TLC, change up the storylines of the show or cancel it already. SMH

Re:Ellie on a Roll's comment, which I totally agree with. The answer is simply to not watch these repeats of "Counting On." Don't continue to wait for TLC to move on cancelling this show, everyone thought it was over with Josh's antics but it wasn't. Although the Josh saga was enough to get him kicked out of Washington D.C. it take didn't take them long to figure out a way to re-brand the show. Just remember no matter how dull or uninteresting this show is, it continues to fatten old Jim Bob's wallet. Certainly at least allowing him to purchase luxury items such as planes for his family's travels. Josh probably has his finger in the pot too, at least he'll be pulling in a little something from his young daughters participation in the little "Singing Duggars."
I usually don't let comments like just don't watch through because 1) people can make up their own minds, 2) it's a bit rude, and 3) a discussion about not watching is boring as well as rather demeaning to those who do watch. I let one through to see what would happen. It was heading the way I expected so I will not be letting the discussion of not watching through.
I saw a photo of Anna and the family at an animal adventure park. She is wearing a dress that has been worn by other Duggar women while pregnant. Joy wore it right after announcing her pregnancy. Looks like M baby #6 is on the way. I wondered how long it would be before one of the Duggars were pregnant.
Maybe Joy had such a large baby because the due date was wrong. I feel sorry for her. Adequate prenatal care by a qualified practitioner would have easily diagnosed the breech position. It might have been possible to turn the baby. It was totally unnecessary for her to have to suffer for 20 hours.
Well, JB and Michelle, front and center again. Gag. Did they take Derick and Jill's place?
Is anyone else creeped out by Jim Bobs obsessive involvement in the home birthing progress of his daughters giving birth? There's just something really wrong about him being overly interested. I feel it goes beyond money/expenses.
I also found it unsettling a bit that the room Jim Bob offered to show Lauren and Josiah was the master bedroom in that enormous house. Just weird, IMO. He is an obsessed man.
Why did Austin wear his ball cap with a scrub hat over it?? What the check was that all about?
In the talking head section with Joy & Austin, Austin made the comment that the midwife "came in" & told them the baby was breech. Where did she come from ...another room? Why wasn't she constantly at Joy's side. Austin also said even though he has been an EMT for 4 yrs., his wife was in so much pain & he just dropped it at that, never said why he didn't know all that pain was because the baby was breech & huge or that he himself checked her out. So Joy had a midwife there & an EMT & yet she suffered terribly. I cannot believe how these women have suffered in childbirth. They are fortunate to be alive & have healthy babies
Ewwwwwwwwww..... all that long, stringy hair hanging over the food the women were making for Joy. Jana was the only smart person that tied her hair back.
Jana did look stunning with her hair up in that style.
