Of the adult Duggar kids it’s John David & Abbie Duggar that I like. Both seem to be credible people & down to earth. Both are not ones too scream for attention. They are refreshing as opposed to two of the adult Duggar daughters.
I hope after Abbie & JD have their 1st child that in the future Abbie will consider returning to nursing. We need good & caring nurses. Abbie fits that category. I don’t believe JD is one who would hold his wife back from her career. Thankfully he’s not a clone of JB.
If Abbie had any intention of continuing her career, she would be doing so now. Not returning after having small children at home. Sadly, she felt like an old maid while still in her twenties and holding a real job with a real career path. It shows me that she AND HER FAMILY did not value her training and the job she was working. The only thing that counted was when was she going to get married. On another note, why does John David always seem to look like he needs a shower?
Yes John David always appears as if he needs a shower. Apparently JD has oily skin & hair.
These days many women are choosing to marry later in life some not at all. Abbie in her mid 20’s could never be considered an old maid add to that neither would Jana. In the 21st century the term old maid is now passé.
Does TLC really expect us to sit and watch to find out the gender of Jessa’s baby, when we all know because Ivy is 5 months old?
They really need to make these shows in real time.
Oh Molly re TLC they are behind the times. TLC a day late & a dollar short.
Obviously TLC not getting it. Watching Jessa’s gender reveal about Ivy Jane we’ve known for months is not smart programming.
Next Thurs on BUB Carlin wedding dress shopping. Everyone knows Carlin & Evan are married & expecting 1st child. It’s basically UP falling behind same as TLC with the Duggar’s.
Josiah doesn’t seem as into the marriage babies thing as Lauren does.
I think Josiah is not that excited about becoming a Dad. I think he probably wanted to wait awhile until having kids. Well Josiah & Lauren it’s called birth control & throughout America there are several options from which to choose.
I don't think that Josiah was all that excited about getting married. Their relationship/interaction seems a little forced and awkward. I am sure that separately they are good and decent people. I just think that JB and Michelle decided that Josiah needed to be "put" someplace and in a house with a wife was the place to be. I also wonder if that isn't a source of some of Lauren's depression. Depression can be situational in more than one way.
