Jessa goes into labor two weeks before her due date and after the birth they are faced with an emergency situation. Joe and Kendra find out the gender of their second baby with a smashing reveal. Then, another Duggar reveals she's expecting.

Jessa is getting as bad a Mechelle. It’s all about her and she acts like she knows EVERYTHING about pregnancy and birthing. Jessa really thinks she’s all that for some reason. I can’t wait for the downfall of this cult family. I bet when the TLC gravy train ends, the baby train comes to a screeching halt.
Jessa behaves as if she’s entitled & a celebrity she’s none of those things other than very annoying.
Geez tonight’s Counting On will focus on Jessa going into labor. I mean for several months we are more than aware that Jessa gave birth to a daughter. Is TLC unaware that we have access to current events? Good grief. I for one won’t watch this episode. I just can’t watch needy, needy Jessa.
Jessa is such an idiot. Seriously, these home births will be the death of her.
Was her midwife the one that lost her license or am I thinking of someone else?
Was surprised to see Jill on camera in this latest episode of Counting On. Thought Jill appeared unkempt.
I enjoyed seeing John and Abbie on the show last night. They work and volunteer and do interesting things. However, Michelle's baby voice drove me over the top. I just cannot tolerate it. I had to turn the sound off. It looked like Lauren had a hard time and I am glad everything turned ok for her. Now, about Jessa. They showed her midwife as "Miss Theresa", who has been around since day one; a Friend of the family. BUT, Jessa stated her #1 midwife was out of town for a week. Either she has a new midwife in place of Miss Theresa or that was a fib. It was the same story given before by Duggars, about planning a hospital birth but oops, Dr or midwife are out of town, so must have home birth. It seems like nonsense to me.
Why does Jessa always try to come off as a smart person? Her education was limited. Each time Jessa speaks she appears foolish. I think growing up Jessa never got the attention she needed from her parents duh with M always pregnant & focused elsewhere its not a surprise Jessa as an adult constantly seeks attention.
I too enjoyed watching John & Abbie they always appear to be down to earth & not in need of camera time or attention as does Jessa.
We already saw Jessa’s birth special on TLC last spring in a 1/2 hour episode. This was a lot of repeated stuff.
Of course, pregnancy and birth fetishists increased the viewing numbers.
Jessa’s such a narcissistic bully that I’m betting she would have a HUGE problem/attitude having a hospital birth. She wouldn’t be able to call ALL the shots. Plus, Jessa KNOWS EVERYTHING. So, yeah. It’s probably just as well for the doctor and nurses to dodge that bullet!!!
I hate how condescending Jessa is towards Jana. Jana’s not an “US girl” but she’s good enough to make alterations on maternity clothes, baby sit Jessa’s children, and be generally bossed around.
I also question what is going on with Jessa leaving Spurge and Henry home with a SITTER while attending Garrett’s 1st Birthday family party in a park. She has 18 siblings and Jessa didn’t think anyone would help her with the boys? That doesn’t make sense.
Love your comments Sierra! I would pay big bucks to see a L&D nurse put mouthy Jessa in her place. Don’t go toe to toe with a woman with an education Jessa, your dining room table education won’t serve you well.
I believe there was some 'off camera' reason why Spurgie and Henry were 'left with a sitter' for Garrett's birthday party. They just didn't say.

Speaking of the Dillard’s, looking at Christmas decor on their site and Izzy looks exactly like Derick now and they showed a childhood pic of Derick and it’s shocking. I knew he was unfortunate looking but I thought it was because he looked like Jill and the Duggar less fortunate features.
I think that was Miss Teresa from Michelle and Anna’s hay day. Her husband is a doctor with revoked license.
This entire family has some questionable hygiene issues.
